Sales and Marketing representative (freelancer)

to join our team! (Full Time / Part time possible)

We are looking to expand exponentially in the next years with an outside sale team who share out drive and motivation as well as our desire to serve our customers with the highest level of service.

We are growing like crazy and we need motivated and driven, take charge salespeople to expand on this success.

Our 100 % commission-based team has a very clear realistic path to make 80-100 k per year ( 70 in your fist year). With good products and services that almost sells themselves. This salesperson model has been created by life-long sales people.

Together, our team carefully crafted this role and designed it based on creating “the dream” sales role that you would want to stay in forever as a family team.

  • Unlimited Earning possibilities – We want you to make the money you deserve. Also includes recurring commissions to follow our clients, for as long as the customer is paying and you are working with us, you are paid recurring commissions. Qualifiers are provided in the Commissions Definitions & Policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to identify & source information on prospective clients.
  • Respond in a timely manner to all leads.
  • Initiate outbound efforts (call, text, email) each day to prospects.
  • Qualify prospects, gauge interest, and schedule sales calls and meetings
  • Collaborate with the team on improving prospecting strategies.
  • Oversee demo requests and fulfillment.
  • Follow and support the clients in their needs
  • Participate in negotiations of contracts.

Qualifications

  • Strong company culture fit.
  • Strong listening skills and excellent phone demeanor.
  •  
  • Web-Cam enabled computer or laptop, Ability to receive inbound and make outbound phone calls via cell or internet (wired ethernet), in a quiet environment without interruptions.
  •  
  • Technologically proficient; not necessarily an expert, but knowledgeable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • CRM experience a HUGE plus!
  •  
  • Fluent in English and in your mother toungue

Other Information

  • Compensation: 100% commission – High Six Figures is achievable, anything less than Six Figures would be considered a failure. (There is no ceiling to your compensation plan!)
